Employment Equity Policy

We fundamentally committed to the principle of employment equity. The company is therefore committed to fulfill the Government’s endeavors of equal job opportunities, as reflected, inter alia, in the Employment Equity Bill, Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Labour Relations Act and guidelines of the International Labour Organization. It also promotes equality and the economic development and efficiency of staff through recruitment, training and development policies.

The company is structured in sustainable business and work units. This allows effective participation and development opportunities for staff members at all levels thus enhancing skills and human development in both the technical and non-technical fields.

Education and Training

We provide both technical and institutional training on construction sites and in communities. Training for emerging contractors and supervisors to facilitate successful entrepreneurial ventures is also provided.

Social responsibility

We believe that companies have a special responsibility to ensure the sustainability of projects they undertake as prime wealth-creating instruments.  Employment creation is seen to be a cornerstone of engineering design, implementation and management of projects.
