In principle, Project Management is the application to project activities of knowledge, skills, tools and technologies in order to meet the project objectives and targets successfully. Whilst MKS GROUP places high priority on continuously strengthening and improving our expertise and technological skills and resources across the full range of engineering and management activities in order to address specific project-related needs, we also extend our expertise beyond project completion into training and capacity-building, with assistance in the operation and management of our completed projects to ensure these are sustainable, and that overall planning, control and coordination of a project from inception to completion aimed at meeting a client’s requirements and ensuring completion on time, within cost and to the required quality standards.

We use such methods as Monte Carlo simulation and qualitative risk analysis. Risk management software including Risk+, Crystal Ball, Monte Carlo, and Precision Tree as well as Primavera and Microsoft Project scheduling software are used in our engagements as appropriate.
We can put together a team of experts to fit your needs. Through alliances with other firms we can also provide software solutions to the enterprise project management process.
