Transformation

MKS GROUP is totally committed to the principles of empowerment, technology transfer and training of suitably qualified professionals through a process of genuinely sharing responsibilities and a structured strategy on a project-by-project basis. This is evident in its track record of interacting with numerous PDIs and PDEs from several different platforms, e.g. training of staff (both in specific design expertise and site supervision), joint ventures, associations and as sub-consultants to PDIs and PDEs, and providing a platform for establishing new companies.

The Company is committed to the principle of employment equity. It endeavors, within the working sphere of a professional engineering and construction practice, not only to remain globally competitive, but also to maintain local relevance.
To provide solutions for the employment, development and upliftment of people in great need is our core purpose, our mission and our professional imperative.
